Returns Policy

At The East India Company Fine Foods, we want you to be happy with your purchases, as such, we always strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality, both when they leave our warehouse and when they arrive with you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us to arrange a refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Please ensure items are unopened in their original packaging.

To arrange a return, simply follow the following steps:

  1. Contact us by calling +1 973 536 2548 or send an email to service[@]eicfinefoods[dot]com and let us know the following information:

 

a. Your name
b. Your address
c. Your order number
d. The item(s) you wish to return
e. The reason for the return
f. Please also let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

 

  1. We will then provide you with a returns authorisation number, simply print our returns label here, and affix it to the box. Then arrange for the product to be shipped using your preferred courier. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of shipping returns and the responsibility will lie with the customer. If you are unable to print the label, please use the following address:

  1. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund or email a gift card for the corresponding product value or ship replacement products within 5 working days. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items.
