Where can an eVoucher be redeemed?
An eVoucher may ONLY be redeemed online at www.eicfinefoods.com, and only one can be redeemed per transaction. It cannot be redeemed at any retail stores or other retailers.
How can I purchase an eVoucher?
An eVoucher can be purchased here in decimal amounts between £50.00 and £500.00. You can also add other items to your basket and have these shipped to alternative address.The eVoucher is sent via email and contains a voucher code and expiry date.
Can I personalise a Message?
Yes, the sender may personalise a message to the recipient.
When will the eVoucher be delivered to the nominated email address?
Once payment has cleared the eVoucher will be transmitted electronically to the elected email address. Just like a physical voucher, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s details are correctly entered. At checkout we ask the purchaser to enter the recipient’s email address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly emailed, lost, stolen or deleted eVouchers. However we do recommend that you contact us for help if you are experiencing any difficulties.
From time to time eVouchers can get caught up in spam filters and it is up to the recipient to check these filters. We cannot take responsibility for eVouchers that cannot be delivered to the recipients email address because of spam filters, firewalls, capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
How do I redeem an eVoucher?
Your eVoucher will have a unique code that you can enter into the box provided in your shopping cart. The discount will automatically be applied to your order. In order to redeem your eVoucher you must complete your order using a valid email address. Only one eVoucher may be used per order and the eVoucher may only be used once. An eVoucher can only be redeemed against orders placed in GBP Sterling at www.eicfinefoods.co.uk.
eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or 3rd party benefit. This includes cashback and loyalty partners.
How long is an eVoucher valid?
EVouchers are valid for a 1 year and must be used by the date shown on the eVoucher. Always check your eVoucher to find out when it expires.
How can I return or exchange items purchased with an eVoucher?
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unused items with labels and packaging intact within 30 days of dispatch. Faulty items do not require their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds must be made through the website, following the returns procedure documented in our terms and conditions. If a refund is required, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).
Unfortunately, under no circumstances can returns or exchanges be made through any of our retail stores.
Please note an eVoucher is a non-refundable product, however we reserve the right to cancel an eVoucher at any time.
