We are delighted to announce the launch of our pop-up store and spice experience at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew as part of the ‘Full Of Spice Summer Festival’ from Saturday 23 May - 6 September 2015.

The gardens of Kew have long been the center for the finest gardens, research, and study of Botany. The East India Company’s association with Kew began in the 1600s, when intrepid Company explorers sent plant specimens, drawings, and other rare artefacts from their travels back to Kew for collection and research. From the founding of the Calcutta Botanical gardens in India, to sourcing rare Orchids from its territory in Singapore, The East India Company played a vital part in helping build our knowledge of the botanical world.

As a part of the Spice Exchange, our pop-up is located opposite of the Princess of Wales Conservatory (on the side of the North Arboretum) offering visitors a selection of exquisite fine teas, sweet and savoury biscuits, jam, accessories and books.

Let us share with you the stories behind our products and invite you to sample a selection of fine foods including our new chocolate bars, inspired by a touch of alchemy. Our chocolate bars have each been crafted using a critical ingredient within - from Australian Murray River Salt to specially sourced Sri Lankan Ginger.
