LOOSE LEAF TEA OR TEA BAGS?
WE OFFER THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
QUALITY & CONSISTENCY
Our tea master undertakes a strict selection process to ensure only the highest quality tea leaves are used within our range of fine teas. Whether you prefer loose tea leaves or the convenience of tea bags, we are sure you will be able to brew the perfect cup of tea every time.
TEA BAGS
Tea bags were invented by accident! In 1904 Thomas Sullivan, an American tea importer began sending tea samples to customers in small silk bags to save costs. Rather than cutting open the bags and pouring the tea leaves into tea pots as Sullivan had anticipated, his customers left the tea in the sachets for steeping.
QUALITY & CONVENIENCE IN A TEABAG
Tea bags are a convenient method to brewing tea, with the correct amount of tea leaves pre-packed for one cup.
Complementing the modern day busy lifestyle, tea bags are easy to store but still allow you to enjoy that perfect cup of tea.

Read MoreNational Gallery Fine Black Tea Blend 129 boasts a combination of Ceylon flowery broken orange pekoe, cinnamon & orange peel inspired by Hendrick Avercamp’s, A Winter Scene with Skaters near a Castle.
From the Tea Master:
“Avercamp’s painting, dating back to 1608, intrigued me, as the flavours we generally associate with Winter – cinnamon, nutmeg and orange – were all extremely rare at the time and of great value. The blend combines these favourites with spicy red, black and white peppers, tempered with soft vanilla for one of my favourite winter warmers.’Where it’s from

THE EXPERIENCE OF LOOSE LEAF TEA
Loose tea leaves allow you to experience the appearence and texture of the leaf; when brewing the tea leaves will unfurl freely and enhance
the flavour. Our loose tea leaves remain fresh for a long period of time and the reduced amount of packaging means they are eco friendly too.
Choose a tea from our extensive range and take a moment to brew the perfect cup of tea in your favourite teapot
