AN EXOTIC BLEND 68 TROPICAL WHITE TEA WITH HIBISCUS CORDIAL
A tropical blend of white tea, hibiscus, rosehip and orange peel. Served ice cold with our fragrant Hibiscus Cordial and Rose Buds, it makes a perfectly refreshing treat for the warmer months.
RECIPE (SERVES 4)
Step 1: Place 8 heaped tsp of Blend 68 Tropical White Tea into a 1 litre bottle of water and allow to infuse for 8 hours overnight.
Step 2: Strain into a jug and add a handful of ice. Add 6-8 tbsp of Hibiscus Cordial. Stir well, taste and adjust accordingly.
Step 3: Pour into 4 glasses and sprinkle a few Rose Buds into each to add a floral aroma to every sip.
Tip: Try experimenting with different fresh fruits to flavour your iced tea. Adding lemon or other citrus juice to the tea can also help sustain its antioxidants.

A refreshing and smooth Mint Oolong Tea combined with delicate floral notes of Rose Cordial and Rose Buds.

Step 1: Place 8 heaped tsp of Mint Oolong Tea into a 1 litre bottle of water and infuse for 8 hours overnight.
Step 2: Strain into a jug and add a handful of ice (approx. 3 per glass) Add 6-8 tbsp of Rose Cordial. Stir well, taste and adjust accordingly.
Step 3: Add a sprig of fresh mint and a sprinkling of Rose Buds to each glass for an elegant finish.
Tip: If you choose to hot brew the tea instead, it may become cloudy if refrigerated while still warm. If this occurs, add a little boiling water to clear up the cloudiness.

A VIBRANT KAMA SUTRA BLACK TEA WITH LAVENDER CORDIAL
A vibrant blend of black tea, sweet ripe orange, fragrant rose petals and warming spices softened with our delightful Lavender Cordial and Golden Island Cane Sugar.

Step 1: Place 8 heaped tsp of Kama Sutra Tea into a 1 litre bottle of water and infuse for 8 hours overnight.
Step 2: Strain into a jug and add a handful of ice (approx. 3 per glass) Add 6-8 tbsp of Lavender Cordial. Stir well, taste and adjust accordingly.
Step 3: Pour into glasses decorated with Golden Island Cane Sugar on the rim for a refreshing afternoon drink.
Tip: To decorate the glasses, simply dip each rim into a shallow plate of water or lemon juice. Then dip each rim into a plate of our Golden Island Cane Sugar.

A fragrant blend of black teas with floral notes of bergamot and neroli. Combine with our zesty Orange Blossom Cordial for the perfect summertime indulgence.

Step 1: Place 8 heaped tsp of The Staunton Earl Grey Tea into a 1 litre bottle of water and allow to infuse for 8 hours overnight.
Step 2: Strain into a jug and add a handful of ice. Add 6-8 tbsp of Orange Blossom Cordial. Stir well, taste and adjust accordingly.
Step 3: Pour into 4 glasses and decorate the top of each with our Vanilla Island Cane Sugar to add a burst of floral sweetness.
Tip: If you want your iced tea faster, brew 10 tsp in 1 litre of water at 100°C for 4 mins. Strain then chill for 30 mins. Fill each glass with ice, add a few drops of cordial and enjoy!

Fine green tea from Sri Lanka blended with tropical custard apple fruit pieces and natural essential oils. An added touch of our Golden Island Cane Sugar brings out the distinctive floral notes.
RECIPE (SERVES 4)
Step 1: Place 8 heaped tsp of Custard Apple Green Tea into a 1 litre bottle of cold water, give it a good shake and leave to infuse for 8 hours overnight.
Step 2: Give the bottle a shake, strain into a jug and add a handful of ice (approx. 3 per glass)
Step 3: Add a pinch of our Golden Island Cane Sugar. Taste and adjust accordingly.

Step 2: Shake the bottle, strain into a jug and add a handful of ice (approx. 3 per glass) Add 6-8 tbsp of Hibiscus Cordial. Stir well, taste and adjust accordingly.

Step 1: Fill a 1 litre bottle with cold water, allowing some room for the Rose Buds. Add 30-40 Rose Buds and give the bottle a good shake.
Step 2: Rest the bottle at an angle so that the Rose Buds remain submerged under water and leave to infuse for up to 12 hours.

Step 3: Give the bottle a good shake then strain into a jug. Add a few drops of our Rose Cordial, stir well, taste and adjust accordingly.
