BREWING TIPS FROM OUR TEA MASTER

Boil freshly drawn water (200 ml cup) and let the water settle to 80-90°C

Add 1.5 grams of Green Tea leaves per cup. Infuse the tea for 2-3 minutes and strain.

The longer you infuse the stronger the tea. Multiple infusions (3-4 times) can be achieved with the same tea leaves.
